Roxbury Township, Mr. Vincent Vaccaro, II, died on June 27, 2018 at the Morristown Medical Center. He was born in New York City and lived in Succasunna most all of his life. He then served in the U S Army during the Korean War. He was a retired mechanic at the O’Donald Buick dealership in Morristown for many years and also worked at the Tomahawk Farm in Flanders. He was a member of St. Therese R C Church in Succasunna, an avid hunter, fisherman, and antique collector, and served in the Chester Township Police Reserves.

He was predeceased by his wife Helen Vaccaro in 1997, and by his brother Andrew Vaccaro in 2017, and by his 3 sisters; Anna, Sarah, and Concetta. He is survived by his son Vincent Vaccaro, III, brother Joseph R Vaccaro, Sr, and nephew Joseph R Vaccaro, Jr, all of Flanders.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ  973-584-7264  (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Friday from 5 – 8 pm. The Funeral Service will be on Saturday, 10 am, at the Funeral Home, with the interment to follow at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Chester.
