Roxbury Twp.   Mr. Emmett John Todd (87) died on November 3, 2010 at Forest Manor Nursing Home in Hope Twp.  He was born in Landing and lived most all of his life in Roxbury Twp., and was a 1941 graduate of Roxbury High School.  He  served in the U S Navy during WWII.  He was a construction supervisor for the County Concrete Company in Kenvil and after retiring, worked as a bailiff at the Morris County Courthouse.  He was an avid golfer and sports fan.

He is survived by his daughter Elise Burns of New Hampton and son Brian Todd of Green Twp.  He also leaves his grandson Ryan Todd of Green Twp., sister Dereatha Batley of Denville, and very dear friend Dori Stierli of Succasunna.

His memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 4^th at 10am at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main St, Succasunna, NJ (davishepplewhitefh.com).
