Randolph Township,  Mrs. Frances S Bertrand, 77, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at the Morristown Medical Center. Frances was born in Morristown and raised in Whippany. After her marriage to Francis Bertrand, she lived in Morristown before moving to Randolph in 1972.  She has been a resident of Randolph for the past 42 years, where she began working as a secretary to the Randolph Township Clerk’s office.  Frances later became Randolph Township Clerk until her retirement in 2005. She was a founding member of the Resurrection Parish R C Church in Randolph, and cherished spending time with her children and grandchildren.  Frances enjoyed traveling, sewing, and knitting. 

 She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Francis G Bertrand on February 18, 2014 and is survived by her son Bruce Bertrand of Randolph and daughter Terry Marrocco and her husband Frank of Lebanon, along with her two granddaughters; Krista and Maria Marrocco.

 Friends and relatives may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna 973-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Thursday from 3 – 5 & 7 – 9 pm. The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Friday, 10 am, at the Resurrection Parish R C Church in Randolph, with the interment to follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
