Hopatcong, NJ, Mrs. Mary K Mathison, 95, died on December 11, 2015 at the Indian River Rehabilitation Center in Granville, NY. She was born in Philadelphia, PA and lived in Hopatcong NJ before moving to New York 5 years ago. She was a retired secretary at Reaction Motors,  member of the West Side Methodist Church, a volunteer at the Hopatcong Animal Shelter, member of the womens club, and Zoning Board member in Hopatcong

 She was predeceased by her first husband Louis Beaumont in 1967, and by her second husband Albert Mathison in 1980. She is survived by her 2 daughters; Gloria Wells, and her late husband Frank of Whitehall, NY, and Joyce Grace and her husband Albert of Triangle, VA. She also leaves her four grandchildren; Paul Wells, Virginia Hughes, Colleen Cole, Kelsey Grace, as well as several great grandchildren.

 Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, (973-584-7264) (www.davishepplewhitefh.com) on Friday from 12 – 2 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, 2 pm, at the Funeral Home, with the interment to follow at the Succasunna Presbyterian Cemetery
