Roxbury Township, Mr. John Lawrence “Jack” McGrath, Jr., 81, died on December 16, 2017 at home. He was born in West New York, NJ and lived in Livingston before moving to Succasunna 48 years ago. He earned his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and also served in the U S Navy Reserves. In 1980 he became the founder and President of EXMART International in Mountain Lakes, before retiring in 2001. He was a member of St. Therese R C Church, the Knights of Columbus, was an Eagle Scout, and attended Boys State. He was very proud of his Irish heritage and his blue eyes.

He was predeceased by his wife Carol A McGrath in 1997, and is survived by his 4 children; Jack L McGrath, III of Hewitt, Linda McGrath (and Jim Linnehan) of Pennington, Laura Roberts of Pennington, and Kevin (and Kristine) McGrath of Oxford. He also leaves his 12 grandchildren; Gavin, Nicole, Kyle, Kevin, Brian, Thomas, Daniel, Bridget, Sean, Erin, Kate, and Gibson, and a sister Carolyn Corso of Bucks County, PA.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ 973-584-7264    (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Wednesday from 8:30-9:30 am. The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Wednesday, 10 am at St. Therese R C Church in Succasunna, with the interment to follow at the George Washington Memorial Cemetery in Paramus.
