Hackettstown, Mrs. Geraldine Ruth Underhill, 86, died on May 7, 2023 at the Hackettstown Hospital. She was born in Parsippany and later graduated from Morristown, H S in 1954 and married the love of her life – George E Underhill. After 10 years residing in Morris Plains they moved their business to Kenvil and lived in Succasunna. Geraldine “Gerry” as the Vice President of George Underhill Excavating until her retirement.

Geraldine was predeceased by her husband George, sons; Gregory George and Gary Ray, and by her grandson Corey Ray.

She is survived by her daughter Bonnie (and Michael) Underhill-Argentieri. She also leaves her grandchildren; Jennifer (and Nick) Militello, Michelle, Eric, and Casey Mae Underhill, also by her 4 great grandchildren; Jordan Speer, Nick & Madeleine Militello, and Preston Davie. Special thanks to Jessica Speer and Barbara Sanders for always being there for Gerry.

Gerry had an extreme love for her grandchildren, and loved doing crafts and made occasions special especially her years of 4^th of July parties. She had a huge doll collection and was a member of the Doll Club, and of the Presbyterian Church of Succasunna for many years.

There will be a private gathering to honor our beloved Mom and Grandmother.
