Frank L Lanterman, Sr

Randolph, NJ.   Mr. Frank L Lanterman, Sr., 80, died on March 29, 2024 at St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston. He was born in Phillipsburg and grew up in White Township. He moved to Randolph 50 years ago. He was a farmer and carpenter in the Randolph area and enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing, and loved his garden.

He is survived by his wife Diane Erlemann, of 3 years, and by his 3 children; Wendy (and Dean) Walgren of E Stroudsburg, PA, Stacy (and Edward) Brown of Roxbury Township, and Frank L. (and Nicole Wright-Lanterman) Lanterman, Jr., of Budd Lake. He also leaves his 3 step-children; Robert (and Stacie) Erlemann of Byram, Tammie Seymour of Randolph, and Christopher (and Stacey) Erlemann of FL, 7 grandchildren; Joseph Hagensen, Jr of Stroudsburg, PA, Brian (and Tanya) Hagensen of Stroudsburg, PA, Christopher (and Ashley) Hagensen of Phillipsburg, Jonathan (and Shannon) Hagensen of Mt. Bethel, Ryan Brown of Roxbury, Kenneth Lanterman of Budd Lake, and Molly Mazzoccolli of Alaska,    7 step-grandchildren; Savannah Erlemann of Florida, Gregory Seymour of Randolph, Joseph Seymour of Randolph, Brandon Erlelmann of Florida, Robbie Erlemann of Byram, Victoria Erlemann of Byram, and Matthew Erlemann of Florida,  and 9 great grandchildren; Seth, Tyeler, Sayde, and Spencer Hagensen all of Budd Lake, Kimberly Hagensen of Phillipsburg, Piper and Jonathan, (LJ) Hagensen of Mt. Bethel, Luca and Matthew Mazzoccolli of Alaska.  He also leaves his brother Donald Lanterman of Oxford, and sister Barbara Schmidt of Easton, Pa. He was predeceased by his first wife Linda (Dean) Lanterman in 2000, his parents Herbert C and Florence E Lanterman, and by his twin sister Rose Lanterman in 2023, brother-in-law Smitty Schmidt 2014, and sister in-law Rose Lanterman in 2019

Friends may visit at Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 973-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com), 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ on Wednesday, April 3 from 10 – 12 noon.  The Funeral Service will begin at 12 noon at the Funeral Home, followed by the internment at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Chester.
