Roxbury Township, Mr. Eugene John Vignali, 83, died on December 25, 2016 at the Arden Courts in Whippany. He was born in Astoria, Queens, NY, and later moved to Succasunna for 20 years before moving to Basking Ridge for 20 years, then returning to Succasunna 3 years ago. He served in the U.S Army during the Korean War, and was a pilot and a member of the 150th Aero flying club in Morristown. He was an Electronics Technician for AT&T in Whippany for many years.

He is survived by his former wife Patricia Costanzo of Florida, 2 children Maryfrances (and Jeff) Manphy of Myrtle Beach SC, and Jeanann (and Al) Consoli of Succasunna, and 3 grandchildren; Brianna Manphy, Jennifer Consoli and Jaclyn Consoli.
