Roxbury Township, Mrs. Elisa “Lee” V Paulus, 96, died on April 28, 2012 at St. Clare’s Hospital in Denville. She was born in New York City and moved to Randolph in 1923. She graduated from Dover High School. She moved to Succasunna in 1951. She was an office manager for Woolworth’s Department Store in Dover for many years, member of St. Therese R C Church in Succasunna, and enjoyed cooking, traveling, people, reading, and enjoyed the poetry of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, and was a volunteer at the Roxbury Public Library for many years.
She was predeceased by her husband Alvin Paulus in 1995, her parents Gaetano and Josephine (Caru) Vanoli, sister Eunice Pondolfi, and brother Ettore “Ed” (and Dorothy) Vanoli. She is survived by her 2 nieces; Joan (and Bill) Lapsley and Linda Paulus both of Hendersonville, NC, and many grand and great grand nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Service will be held at 11 am at the Funeral Home with the interment to follow at the Locust Hill Cemetery in Dover.
