Roxbury Township, Mr. Donald W. Jones, age 52, of Roxbury Township, NJ, died suddenly on November 30, 2016 as a result of a heart attack while driving for his company. No one else was injured. He was born in Dover, NJ, living most of his life in Succasunna and many years in Pennsylvania.

He graduated from Davis College in 1986 and worked as an Assistant Pastor and Youth Leader for several churches in New York. In later years he had his own landscaping business and most recently worked for the Momentum Solar Company.

Don had a love for singing, children and writing and spent many months on writing a fantasy-fiction novel. Don was a devoted uncle who loved spending time with his nephew and niece. He was predeceased by his father, Edward L. Jones, Jr. and brother Douglas E. Jones, both of Succasunna and is survived by his mother, Norma C. Jones and brother, David E. Jones, both of Succasunna, his sister, Debra E. Wood, niece Jessica L. Wood, both of Ledgewood, NJ and his nephew, Jake M. Wood, of Bladensburg, Md.
