Roxbury Township, Mrs. Carmella E Connatello, 85, died on December 4, 2018 at St. Clare’s Hospital in Denville. She was born in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC, and lived in Union City before moving to Landing in 1971. She was a Swing Shift Manager at Roy Roger’s in Succasunna. She was also a member of both the Roxbury Township and Mt. Olive Senior Citizens Club.

She was predeceased by her husband Dominick J Connatello in 2000, and by her 3 brothers and sister; Albie Bassano, Tom Quidone, Rosemarie Cabrera, and John Bassano. She is survived by her 4 daughters; Debbie Lally of FL, Donna Connatello of Landing, Diane (and Tom) Griffin of Hopatcong, and Doreen (and Mario) Mazzacchi of Stillwater, 5 grandchildren; Steven Craig, T J and Michael Griffin, and Nicole and Mikayla Mazzacchi, her great granddaughter Ashley Lewis, sister Marion Nanek, and brother Dominick Bassano.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ  973-584-7264  (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Thursday, from 4 – 8 pm, with the Funeral Service at 7 pm. Donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimer’s Association.
