Roxbury Township, Barbara Kingston Bromirski, Loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother

Barbara Kingston Bromirski, 76, a 49 year resident of Succasunna, NJ passed away on September 11, 2018. She was the wife of Ronald Bromirski. They were married 51 years. Barbara was born in Queens, NY on September 25, 1941 the daughter of the late Anna Poos & William Kingston. Barbara grew up in Rutherford, NJ, graduated from St. Mary’s High School in 1958. She also graduated from Morris County College, achieving high honors in Computer Technology.

Barbara was a life long art enthusiast, being the designer of the Roxbury Township flag, participating in many art & craft clubs and events, selling her hand painted plaques, designing signage, and decorating. She belonged to the Roxbury Woman’s Club, the Art Association in Roxbury, The Red Hat Society, and the Ever Young Seniors of Roxbury. In her early years she worked at the Bendix Corporation in Teterboro and later on worked in the AT&T Executive Human Resources in Bedminster, retiring in 1998.

She was predeceased by her parents and her sister Mary Kinston, also an artist. Barbara is survived by her brother William Kingston in California, by her husband Ronald and their daughter Susan Bromirski and husband Michael Gorton and son William Bromirski and wife Diane, also survived by her grandsons; Nicholas and Christopher Bromirski and many nephews, nieces and friends.

The visitation and celebration of Barbara’s life will be held Thursday, September 13th, from 4 – 8 pm at Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street Succasunna, 973-584-7264  (davishepplewhitefh.com) The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, 10 am at the Funeral Home, with the Internment to follow at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Chester NJ.
