Roxbury Township, Mr. Archibald “Archie” MacDonald, V, died on September 18, 2019 at The V N A Hospice in Dover. He was born in Kearny where he lived for 45 years, before moving to Succasunna 33 years ago. He was a retired Produce Manager for King’s Supermarket in Bernardsville, having been in the business for 45 years. He was a very hard worker who always provided for his family.

He was predeceased by his wife Christina MacDonald of 38 years (in 2013), his baby son Jason Archibald MacDonald, and his brother John Todd (and his wife Patricia). He is survived by his son John E MacDonald of Succasunna, brother Bill (and Mary Ann) Todd of VA, sister-in-law Debbie Kalra-Bishoff, nephew Vincent A Kalra, and by his beloved dog Chloe Lynn.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ 973-584-7264     (davishepplewhitefh.com), on Sunday (September 22^nd), from 2 – 5 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, 10 am at the Funeral Home, with the interment to follow at the Glendale Cemetery on Bloomfield.
