Roxbury Township, Mrs. Judith “Judy” Marie Jensen, 85, of Roxbury Township, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on January 30, 2023 at her home in Ledgewood, NJ. She was born and raised in North Bergen and lived in Rockaway before moving to Ledgewood 45 years ago. She was a retired receptionist and bookkeeper at Fullerton & Profido Law Firm in Succasunna, and previously worked in Real Estate for John Rogers Realty in Ledgewood. She had a love of antiques and was the proud owner of Honeysuckle Lane Antiques in Port Murray. Judy and her husband, Herb, enjoyed traveling far and wide in search of the most unique antiques. She was an avid gardener and loved spending time with her precious grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her father Francis Burkart and mother Elsie Burkart, brother Wayne Burkart, and her loving daughter Sheryl A. Scalley in 2016.

She is survived by her husband Herbert “Herb” Jensen of 45 years, and by her 3 children; Kim (and Jay) Kay of Long Valley, Steve (and Nancy) Scalley of FL, and Kevin (and Joyce) Scalley of PA, and 5 grandchildren; Alexandra (and Kyle), Abigail (and Joshua), Michael, Matthew, Mark, and her little princess Angie (dog) who was always by her side.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home,96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ,(973)-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Thursday, February 2nd, from 4 – 7 pm. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, at 10 am at the Funeral Home. The interment will follow at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Chester. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the M.S. Society or St. Judes Children’s Hospital
