Roxbury Twp.  Joseph  J. Mirabile passed away on October 4, 2012 at Morristown Medical Center. He was born in New York City before moving to Succasunna where he lived for many years.

Joseph was a Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1968 – 1971 during the Vietnam War. He worked for New York City’s public transportation as a mechanic for many years. Joseph loved to ride his Kawasaki Motorcycle on his free time.

He is survived by his loving wife Maria (Bertino), two daughters Kristen Westling, Corinne Mirabile, and a grandchild.   

Friends may visit at the Davis and Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main St., Succasunna (973-584-7264) davishepplewhitefh.com on Friday from 3 – 5 and 7 – 9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, 11 am, at St. Therese RC Church in Succasunna. Donations may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
