Roxbury Township, Mr. Erhard Janser, 90, died on January 19, 2020 at St Clare’s Hospital in Dover. He was born in Union City and grew up in West New York (NJ). He later lived in Lancaster, PA and Maywood, NJ before moving to Succasunna 10 years ago. He was a retired postal worker in Saddle River for many years and previously worked as an embroiderer and flag maker, who sewed one of our first 50 star flags. He was also a member and tuba player of the Waldwick Community Band.
He was predeceased by his wife Madeline (Bestady) Janser in 2016 and is survived by his son Glenn P (and Carol) Janser Douglassville, PA, 2 granddaughters; Emily (and Chris) Nation, and Sarah (and Nick) Rudenko, and by his great grandson James Nation, all of PA.

The Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 am at the Funeral Home. The entombment will follow at the George Washington Memorial Park Mausoleum in Paramus.
