Mt. Olive Township, Mrs. Eme Lou Troup, 87, passed away on December 25, 2017 at St. Clare’s Hospital in Dover. She was born in Fredon Township before moving to Flanders many years ago.

She was the daughter of the late Gerald and Beatrice McMurtrie and was predeceased by her husband Joseph C Troup in 2003, who was the love of her life. Eme is survived by her 2 cherished sons; Joseph C Troup II and Jeffrey (and Catherine) Troup. She also leaves her 2 granddaughters; Jessica and Megan Troup, and 4 great grandchildren. Eme greatly loved her family and will be sadly missed. She made an everlasting impact on all the people she knew…”Yet Your Heart Not Be Troubled”.
