Mt. Olive Township, Dorothy B. Kelly, age 92, passed away peacefully surrounded by dear friends on March 18, 2019. Dorothy was predeceased by her parents, Thomas Kelley and Alice Beck Kelly as well two siblings John and Agnes Kelly. Born in Pennsylvania, Ms. Kelly spent most of her life in Morris County, NJ.

She had many close friends whose lives were blessed with her wit, insight and never ceasing optimism; especially Debbie Cummings, Kathy Schneider, Eileen Finneran and Carol Littlewood. Dorothy had a wide ranging interests including plants, reading, collectables, and puzzles. She especially loved her pet dog Betsy, whose photograph was never out of sight. Ms. Kelly was loved by all who knew her, and will be deeply missed.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ  973-584-7264  (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Saturday, March 23 from 1 – 3 pm.  The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, 1 pm at the Funeral Home. The interment will be private.
