Roxbury Township, Mr. Dino Gerardo Muccia, 93, died at his home on May 11, 2024. He was born in Greenwich Village, New York and grew up there before moving to Piscataway and later to Mooney Mountain 52 years ago. He was a retired Research Chemist at the Pfizer Company in Parsippany, and a member of St. Jude R C Church in Budd Lake. He enjoyed talking about politics and watching his favorite sport teams, the NY Rangers and the NY Mets. Dino was a councilman in Piscataway, and he was a long-time member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and served as President for some of his tenure.

     He was predeceased by the love of his life and wife Faye G. (Dipalma) Muccia of 60 years, in 2015. He is survived by his 3 children: Richard D (and Robin) Muccia of East Brunswick, Barbara Muccia of Flanders, and Gerald (and Colleen) Muccia of Flanders. He also leaves his 6 grandchildren; Louis (and Jeana) Muccia, Michael (and Beth) Muccia, Spencer Labaska, and Alexandra, Brittany and Nicholas Muccia, and his 3 great grandchildren; Cameron and Madison Lininger, and Vivianna Muccia. He was also predeceased by his mother, Virginia Ercolani and his father, Giosepppe Muccia.  Also predeceased are his three siblings, Arthur Muccia, Lena DiMurro and Katherine Muccia.
