Caroline Elizabeth Moeller

Roxbury Township, Mrs. Caroline Elizabeth Moeller passed away peacefully on October 22, 2022 at the age of 92. She was born in Newark, NJ and lived in Rochelle Park, NJ before moving to Succasunna 62 years ago.

She was predeceased by her husband, George Moeller in 1989, and by her son, G. Jeffrey Moeller in 2013. She is survived by her daughters: Diane Loraine (and Jim) Salek of Austin, Texas, and Carole Ann (and Allen) Beam of Apex, North Carolina. She also leaves her 5 grandchildren: Amy (Salek) Grabein, Andrew Beam, Gregory Salek, Maxwell Beam, and Storm Moeller. In addition, she leaves 3 great grandchildren: Jackson Grabein, Zachary Grabein, and Griffin Salek. She also leaves her daughter-in-law, Marieta Moeller as well as Aaron Grabein (Amy) and Hannah Salek (Greg).

Caroline, a member of the First Presbyterian Church, was devoted to the Succasunna community, serving on the Roxbury Library Board for many years, the Roxbury Women’s Club, Roxbury Township Historical Society, and was a founding member of the Roxbury Arts Alliance (RoxPac). She was an avid patron of the arts, supporting the high school musical programs, and the Shakespeare Theater at Drew University. She enjoyed travelling the world, cruising, and visiting friends and family throughout the country. She retired from Crum & Forster Insurance Company in Parsippany.

The Church and Graveside service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Succasunna, 99 Main St. on Saturday, October 29th at 11:00 am.
