Randolph, NJ   Mr. Buonaventura James Saso, 90, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 after illness at home with the care of his wife. Buonaventura was the son of Buonaventura and Maria. He was born in Long Island City, NY, educated at Brooklyn Tech. in Brooklyn, NY and was a retired Tool and Dye Maker at Duramic Products in Palisades Park, NJ. He was a resident of Randolph, NJ for 46 years.

In addition to his parents, Buonaventura was predeceased by his five siblings, their spouses and many other loving relatives. He is survived by his beloved wife Geertruida “Truus” Saso of 55 years, two daughters; Yvette Saso-Rowe and Monique Saso West, and two grandchildren; Cecilia West and Nicholas West, and several nieces and nephews, their spouses and children.

Family and friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ                (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Monday, April 9, 2018 from 3 – 6 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 10 am, at the Grace Bible Chapel, 100 Oakdale Road, Chester, NJ, with the interment to follow at the Cemetery of First Presbyterian, Succasunna, NJ.
