Mt. Arlington, NJ  Mr. Arthur J Stevenson, Jr. 73, died on June 3, 2018 at the Morristown Medical Center. He was born in Paterson and lived in Roxbury Township and Stillwater before moving to Mt. Arlington last year. He was a 1962 graduate of Roxbury High School and then served in the U S Army. He was a commercial truck driver and dispatcher for the Sussex County Sheriff’s Department for many years. He was also a member of the Harmony Masonic Lodge F & A M #8 in Andover.

He is survived by his wife Eileen (Martin) Stevenson of 35 years, and by his sister Ruth Feeney of Paterson. He also leaves his half brother Harold Moore (and his 5 children), sister-in-law Mary Szymanski of Summit, cousin Lynn Rankin of Syracuse, NY, and a niece and 2 nephews; Sharon Feeney Snook, Kevin Feeney, and Brian Feeney.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ  973-584-7264    (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Wednesday from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 pm, with Masonic Services at 7:30 pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, 10 am, at the Funeral Home, with the interment to follow at the Succasunna Presbyterian Cemetery, with Military Honors.
