LORD, Vivian D., 98, of Flanders, NJ went to be with our Lord on Saturday, November 18, 2023. She passed peacefully while in hospice care at Merry Heart Nursing Home in Succasunna, NJ following a short illness. Vivian was born to Harry and Adolphine Drake in East Orange, NJ on November 25, 1924. She grew up in Upper Montclair, NJ and lived in Morristown for a while, moving to Flanders with her husband Jack in 1971. She was a long-time Member of the United   Presbyterian Church in Flanders.

Vivian was preceded in death by her parents and her two sisters (Muriel and LaVern) and is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Jack. She is also survived by two nieces Karin Vohs of Riverdale, NJ and Linda Gutierrez of Naples, Florida and a nephew Jim Anderson and his wife Donna of Scottsdale, Arizona.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at the United Presbyterian Church located at 58 Drakesdale Rd. in Flanders. The Service will be followed by the interment at the Church Memorial Garden.
