Randolph, NJ Mr. Theodore E Martini, 89, died on March 17, 2017 at the Kessler Rehabilitation Center in Chester. Ted was born and raised in Bloomfield and served in WWII. Being a proud Veteran was very important to him. Ted moved to Ironia in 1963, were he resided with his wife and two sons. He was a retired probation officer and supervisor for Essex County in Newark for 30 years. He was a proud graduate of Seton Hall University and a loyal fan of their basketball team. Sundays were his favorite day! It was a day of being with family and watching football, especially his Giants. He loved to listen to his Jazz music. He would fondly talk about the days he and his wife Dee would go into New York to the Jazz clubs. How enjoyed those days! It was one of his favorite memories. Anyone who had the opportunity to know Ted, you were blessed! Rest in peace Dad and Grandpa Tini, you are now home with your beloved wife Dee and son Ted.
He was predeceased by his wife Dolores Martini, and son Theodore Martini in 2013. He is survived by his son Timothy J (and Karen) Martini of Ironia, daughter-in-law Ann Martini of Landing, and by his 4 grandchildren; Theodore, Christopher, Matthew and Rachael.
