Rockaway Township,   Mrs. Ruth Marie Corbishley, 95, died on October 19, 2017 at the Kindred Care Center in St. Clare’s Hospital in Dover. She was born and raised in Trenton and lived in Rockaway most of her life. She was a bookkeeper for R P Smith in Succasunna and, member of St. Clement’s R C Church in Rockaway. She enjoyed crocheting afghans, travel, bingo, and square dancing. She was also a member of the Roxbury Seniors Club.

 She was predeceased by her husband Charles A Corbishley in 1975, and is survived by her 4 children; Sally (and Vincent) Masone of Sparta, Sue (and Frank) Shea of Kenvil, Mary (and John) Berni of AZ, and Jack (and Dolores) Corbishley of Stanhope. She leaves her 4 grandchildren; Megan Shea, Scott (and Chrissy) Shea, Lauren Corbishley, and Erica Corbishley, and 2 great grandchildren; Jordan Lato and Jack Taylor, and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ 973-584-7264    (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Tuesday from 11 am – 1  pm. The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Wednesday, 11 am at St. Clement’s R C Church in Rockaway. The interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Trenton. Donations may be made in her name to St. Clement’s R C Church or to the charity of your choice.
