Randolph, NJ Mrs. Mildred Dorothy Hendrickson, 90, died on October 23, 2012 at the Morris View Nursing Center. Born and raised in Newark, Mildred (better known as Dot) lived in Keyport before moving to Randolph 17 years ago. She was a homemaker. Mildred attended the Succasunna United Methodist Church and previously worshipped at St. John’s United Methodist Church in Hazlet. Her famliy was the pride and joy of her life.
She was predeceased by her husband Preston in 1998, by her son Frank this year and by her siblings: Muriel Cater of Roxbury, Jessie Parks of Randolph and Edward Smith of Indianapolis, IN.. She is survived by 5 children; Dotty (and Tim) Hutchins of FL, Gary (and Lois) of Morris Plains, Roger (and Marcia) of Randolph, Lynn (and Rick) Beattie of Kenvil, and Russ (and Chris) of Brick, 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Friends may visit at the Davis and Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main St., Succasunna (973-584-7264) davishepplewhitefh.com on Friday, October 26th, from 7 – 9 pm. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 3rd, at 10 am, at the Succasunna United Methodist Church, with the interment to follow at the Church Cemetery.
