Roxbury Township,  Mr. Joseph Giuseppe Soriano, 88, died on June 23, 2014 at home. He was born in Jersey City where he grew up. He later lived in Bayonne before moving to Succasunna 6 years ago. He was a welder and electrician for Circo Electric in Jersey City. He attended St. Therese R C Church in Succasunna and was an avid gardener.

He was predeceased by his wife Gaetana Soriano in 2003, and is survived by his 2 sons; Michael A (and Kristie) Soriano of Basking Ridge and Joseph, Jr. (and Maryellen) Soriano of Succasunna. He also leaves his 3 grandchildren Nicholas, Michael, and Joseph Robert Soriano, and sister Angelina of San Marco Dei Cavoti, Italy.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna 973-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Monday from 9 – 10 am. The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Monday, 10:30 am at St. Therese R C Church, Succasunna with the entombment to follow at the Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
