St. Cloud, FL, formerly of Roxbury Township,  Mrs. Elizabeth “Betty” Plant-Mouzone, 69, died on July 15, 2013 at St. Clare’s Hospital in Dover. She was born in Dover and lived in Roxbury Township for many years before moving to St. Cloud, FL 12 years ago. She worked at a day care center and loved helping children, and was a wonderful mother.

She is survived by her 5 children; Daniel Plant of Washington State, Peter Plant of Lakewood, Ohio, Michael Plant of Davenport, FL, Connie Pitts of Celebration, FL, and Robbie Plant of Clark Summit, PA, 11 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren, brothers; Henry Ullrich of PA and Robert Ullrich of Lk. Hopatcong, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Henry Ullrich and mother Elizabeth Stevens, sister Alice Sywilok, and brother Paul Stevens.
