Roxbury Township, Mr. Edward W Emery, Jr., 70, died on January 25, 2019 at his home. He was born in Dover and grew up in Port Morris, and lived in Roxbury Township all of his life. He was a 1966 graduate of Roxbury High School and then served in the U S Air Force during the Viet Nam Era. He then worked as a mail carrier for the Succasunna Post Office for almost 40 years. He was also a member of the Ledgewood Baptist Church and enjoyed supporting many of the Roxbury Township sporting events and enjoyed coaching the Little League.

He is survived by his wife Leonora (McCollum) Emery of 41 years, and by his daughter Marion (and Jon) Anderson and son Stephen Emery, all of Ledgewood. He was predeceased by his sister Gloria Denick.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ  973-584-7264  (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Saturday, February 2^ndfrom 9-11 am. The Funeral Service will be held at 11am, followed by the interment at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Chester.
