Hackettstown, NJ   Dr. Belen A Manuel, 75, died on November 22, 2017 at the Morristown Medical Center. She was born in Echague, Isabela, Philippines and came to the United States in 2011. She lived in NJ, TX, and PA with her children when she was not in The Philippines. She was retired College Professor at the Isabela State University in Echague, Isabela.

She was predeceased by her husband Jaime Manuel, Sr in 2014. She is survived by her 3 children; Jaime (and Brenda) Manuel Jr. of Sugar Land, TX, Jaibelle (and Raanan) Levy of Easton, PA, and Jonathan (and Maitanya) Manuel of Hackettstown. She also leaves her 2 sisters and brother; Ruby Ramos, Olivia Karganilla, and Aniceto Aquino, Jr, all of the Philippines, and 7 grandchildren; Jada Angeline Manuel, Jay Brandon Manuel, Jewel Ashley Levy, Aaron Jay Levy, Troy Mendel Levy, Jana Thea Manuel, and Jericho Manuel.

Family and Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ 973-584-7264    (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Monday from 4-8 pm. The Funeral Liturgy will be held at 6 pm at the Funeral Home. Her final resting place will be in the Philippines next to her loving husband.
