Mt. Olive Township, Mrs. Cheryl J Devine, 64, died on March 4, 2014 at her home in Flanders. She was born in East Orange and lived in Belleville before moving to Flanders 24 years ago. She was a receptionist for the Great American Insurance Company in East Orange for many years and then worked for the Merit Insurance Agency in Orange. She was a member of St. Therese R C Church in Succasunna, and member of the Sacred Heart Chapter of the Secular Order of Carmel in Morristown where she served as their Councilor and Secretary.

She is survived by her husband Paul G Devine of 31 years, sister Linda Scillia of Rockaway, brothers; Roger (and Linda) Jarman of Mt. Arlington and David (and Audrey) Jarman of Williamsburg, VA. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna 973-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Friday from 8 – 9:15 am. The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Friday, 9:30 am at St. Therese R C Church, Main Street, Succasunna with the interment to follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
