Mt. Bethel, PA     Mrs. Evelyn F. Joubert (82) died on April 6, 2011 at ST. Claire’s Hospital in Dover. She was born in Astoria, NY and grew up in Flushing, NY. She lived in Flanders, NJ, for many years, before moving to Mt. Bethel, PA. She was a retired Elementary School Teacher in Mt. Olive Township and now a member of the Mt. Bethel Lutheran Brethren Church.

Mrs. Joubert was predeceased by her husband Richard K in 2002 and is survived by her daughter Leslie Joubert of Mt. Bethel, PA, son Ken (and Irene) Joubert of Newton, Grandsons; Richard and Robert, and sisters; Patti Doughty of Walker, MN and Beth Ray of Green Valley, AZ.
