Roxbury Township, Mrs. Barbara Anne Timek, 75, died on February 15, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Passaic, NJ and grew up in Saddle Brook, NJ. She lived in Jefferson Township, NJ before moving to Roxbury Township 42 years ago. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Fairleigh Dickenson University in 1995. She was a retired Senior Tax Director for the ADP Company in Roseland for 12 years, and previously worked for AT&T in Basking Ridge for more than 20 years. She enjoyed reading, exercising, a great spa day, playing piano, spoiling her children and grandchildren, traveling the world, and spending time with her husband and family at their lake house in NY state.

She is survived by her husband Richard Timek of 54 years, and by her 3 children; Leigh (and Robert) Ortiz, Jill Fearon, and Chris (and Meredith) Timek. She also leaves behind her 6 grandchildren; Cami, Emma, Celia, Ryan, Bryson, and Stella, and her brother Henry (and Pam) Pietras and, sister Elaine (and Artie) Rottger.

Friends may visit on Thursday, February 20th  from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ   973 584 7264. The funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 21st at 10am, at the Funeral Home, followed by the interment at the George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery in Paramus.
