Roxbury Township, Mr. William Holgate, 78, died on November 7, 2024 at St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, NJ. He was born in East Orange where he grew up . He moved to Succasunna in 1990. He was a 1970 graduate from Montclair State College earning his BS Degree in Business. He then worked for A T & T in Basking Ridge, NJ before becoming a High School Business Teacher at the Boonton High School for 15 years. He was also a member of the NJEA. He was an avid model train collector and loved going to Disney World. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.

       He is survived by his wife Deborah Holgate of 49 years, and by his 3 children; Amanda Brower (and husband Donald Brower),William Holgate, Jocelyn Iafelice (and husband Patrick Iafelice) and 2 grandchildren; Jaxson Holgate and Abraham Iafelice.

       Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ, on Thursday (November 14th) from 4 pm to 7 pm.
