Roxbury Township, Mr. Wendell Charles Henderson, 86, died on October 9, 2019 at the Morris View Nursing Home. He was born and raised in Thomaston, Maine and moved to Roxbury Township 53 years ago. He served in the U S Army during the Korean War. For more than 40 years he was a rural postal carrier in Flanders.

He was predeceased by his wife Beatrice Henderson in 2015, and is survived by his niece Shirley Rosmilia, nephew Jimmy Shires, and great nephew Tony Rosmilia (and his wife Cheryl); all of Flanders.

The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Tuesday, October 15^th, at St. Therese R C Church on Main Street, Succasunna at 10 am. The interment will follow with military honors at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Chester.
