Roxbury Township, Mr. Victor G Dean, Sr, 74, died on September 10, 2025 at St. Clare’s Hospital in Denville. He was born in Dover and moved to Ledgewood 55 years ago. He served in the U S Army, and enjoyed restoring old cars and trucks. He was a truck driver all his life and enjoyed rolling up and down the highway in his Peterbilt.

He is survived by his wife Georgetta Dean of 54 years, and by his son Victor G (and Stacy) Dean, Jr. and daughter Robyn (and Chris) Chamberlain, grandchildren; Raymond, Kyle, Chris “Bub”, Shawn “O’Grady”, and Joey, and Kayla “Taylor”, great grandchildren; Mila and Victor. He also leaves his sister Janet, and brother Matt.
