Roxbury Township, Mr. Steven James Bolger, 53, died on May 24, 2019 at home. He was born in Whitestone, NY and lived in Dover and then moved to Succasunna for most of his life. He graduated from Hopatcong High School in 1985. He began his studies at C C M, then at the University of Tampa, FL in Engineering, and later graduated from the Teterboro School of Aeronautics, in Aircraft Physics, in 2001. He then became an aircraft mechanic at Newark International Airport.

He is survived by his sister Laurie Vorst (and Mike Sullivan) of Oak Ridge, and brother John L (and Karen) Bolger of Stanhope, and 9 nieces and nephews; John C Vorst, Jennifer Worley, Christopher Vorst, Corey Sullivan, Michael Bolger, Patrick Bolger, Alyssa Bolger, Jessica Bolger, and Megan Bolger. Steve, you are deeply loved and will be dearly missed by all of us.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ 07876, 973-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Wednesday, June 5, from 5 to 8 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at 7:30 pm at the Funeral Home, with the interment to follow at the Succasunna Presbyterian Cemetery, on Thursday at 10 am.
