Ruth Ann (Supinski) Lashevicki, 78, of Succasunna, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2023, surrounded by her family.  Ruth was born on October 18th, 1944 in Passaic, NJ to the late Edward and Frances Supinski. She grew up in Scranton, PA where she met her future husband, William. Ruth lived in Succasunna for the last 52 years and was a devout Catholic and faithful parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton RC Parish in Flanders, NJ, where she served as a Lector, Eucharistic Minster, and Religious Education Teacher for over 40 years.

She was a retired Real Estate Agent for the Harvco Construction Company in Chatham, NJ.

Ruth is survived by her beloved husband, William Lashevicki, Jr., of 56 years; three devoted children, Lori Lashevicki, Lisa Lashevicki, and Bill Lashevicki and his wife, Melissa; three grandchildren; Kaitlyn Bullock, Ayden Lashevicki and Brooke Lashevicki. She is also survived by her brother, Edward Supinski and sisters; Sally Kloss and Marion Kloss.

Ruth loved to travel, enjoyed rooting for her NY Yankees, bus trips to the casino, time shared with family, friends and her much loved dog, Penny. She was an extremely talented seamstress, baker, and loved canning vegetables.

Ruth’s Funeral Liturgy will be held on Friday, July 21, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton R C Church, Flanders, NJ.  Interment will be held privately by Ruth’s family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either the Anthony Rizzo Family Foundation (arizzofoundation.org) or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
