Roxbury Township, Mr. Raymond Serpa, 87, died on December 26, 2017 at the Regency Grande Nursing Home in Dover. He was born in Manati, Puerto Rico and lived in Roxbury Township since 1989. He was a retired Garment cutter for the I L W G A in New York City for many years, and a member of St. Therese R C Church in Succasunna.

He is survived by his wife Anna Serpa of 67 years, 3 children; Jose Ramon (and Sharon) Serpa of Newburgh, NY, Rev. Debra Ann (and Robert) DeVos of Hackettstown, and Richard John (and Jill) Serpa of Landing. He also leaves his 4 grandchildren; Jason R Serpa, Rachael M Dauber, Olivia R Serpa, and Raymond J Serpa, and 2 brothers; Jose Serpa of California and Gilberto Serpa of Puerto Rico.

The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Friday, 2 pm, at St. Therese R C Church in Succasunna.
