Mrs. Marilyn L Runyon (85), passed peacefully on April 9, 2020 related to fall complications. Marilyn lived at Brightview Assisted Living in Randolph, NJ. Marilyn was born in 1934, and grew up in Lancaster/Manheim PA. Marilyn lived in Red Bank, and Tinton Falls, NJ prior to her recent move to Randolph, NJ. 

 Before her retirement, Marilyn was a civilian employee for the Department of Defense, Fort Monmouth CECOM.

 Marilyn was a talented artist, enjoyed traveling, had a love of Dalmatians, and enjoyed many summers at her beach club in Sea Bright, NJ. Marilyn spent her worship time at Red Bank Presbyterian Church.

 She is predeceased by her parents, Douglas and Beatrice Smith, and her husband Bart Runyon. 

Marilyn is survived by her son Steven (wife Ellen)Runyon of Chester, NJ, and by her two granddaughters, Brielle, and Cassandra Runyon.

 Arrangements are by the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ 973-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com). 

 The memorial and burial will be held privately for family and close friends at a later date. Due to Covid-19, no arrangements for these have been made at this time. The family will reach out when arrangements are set.
