Mrs. Krystal Leigh (Hauser) Ruggieri, 63, died on April 24, 2026 at the Hackettstown Hospital surrounded by the love of family. She was born in New York City and lived in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania before moving back to New Jersey this year. She was predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Patricia Hauser.

Krystal was a mother and grandmother whose greatest joy in life was her family. She is survived by her loving daughters, Natasha Hoehn and her husband Michael, and Kristin Ruggieri. She was a proud and cherished grandmother to Domenick and Luca Hoehn, and Ariella and Arabella Scott.

Krystal found her happiest moments in the meaningful times spent with those she loved most. She especially treasured family trips to Lake Norman in North Carolina, where lasting memories were made. She had a special love for old movies, flowers, hummingbirds, and rock music—simple pleasures that meant so much to her. She was fully present in every moment she shared with loved ones, leaving a lasting impact on their hearts.

In her final days, Krystal was lovingly cared for and surrounded by her family along with dear friends that she considered family.

Her love, strength, and presence will be deeply missed, but forever carried in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Visitation will be held at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ 07876  (973) 584-7264 on Monday, April 27th, from 10 – 12 noon. The Funeral Liturgy will be held at 12 noon, at the Funeral Home, followed by the interment at the Succasunna Presbyterian Cemetery.
