Roxbury Township,      Mrs. Katherine “Connie” H Lehnert (91) died on February 10, 2011 at St. Clare’s Hospital in Dover. She was born and raised in West New York, NJ and moved to Succasunna 55 years ago. She was a cosmetology teacher at the Warren County Vo-Tech in Washington, and for many years owned Connie’s Beauty Salon in Succasunna. She was a member of St. Therese R C Church and Rosary Society and also a member of the Roxbury Township Senior Citizens Club.

Mrs. Lehnert was predeceased by her husband John M Sr. in 2000 and is survived by her son John M, Jr. of Succasunna and daughter Eileen (and Kent) Howell of Pine Bush, NY. She also leaves her 2 grandchildren; Sarah Howell of Astoria, NY and Daniel Howell of Bullville, NY and great granddaughter Savanah Howell.

Friends may visit the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main St., Succasunna, NJ (973-584-7264) davishepplewhitefh.com, on Sunday, from 2-6 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, 12 noon, at the Funeral Home, with interment to follow at the Flanders Hillside Cemetery.
