Morris Township, June Elaine Burke, 93, died on November 8, 2024 at Heath Village in Hackettstown. She was born in Wharton and lived in Succasunna for over 60+ years. She previously worked for the phone company and later was a switchboard operator at the County College of Morris in Randolph. She was a prior member of the Succasunna First Presbyterian Church and enjoyed baking and spending time with family & friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Robert L. Burke in 1986 and is survived by her 4 sons and their wives (John/Amy, Joe/Marianne, Jim, and Bob/Nicole), and 6 grandchildren (Courtney, Brittany, Kylie, Kelsey, Jordyn, and Jake).

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ, on Monday (November 11th) from 4 PM to 7 PM. Her graveside service will be held on Tuesday, 11 am, at the Locust Hill Cemetery in Dover.
