East Stroudsburg, PA.   Mrs. Julia B. Bullock, 75, died on February 7, 2023 at St. Clare’s Hospital in Dover, NJ.  She was born in Kildare County, Ireland and moved to the United States at the age of 6. She lived in Succasunna, NJ for 25 years before moving to East Stroudsburg, PA where she resided the last 17 years. She was a retired Billing Operations Manager for AT&T for more than 20 years in Basking Ridge and Morristown, NJ and later worked at Merck Pharmaceuticals in Union, NJ for 10 years.

She was predeceased by her daughter Bridget Noelle Bullock in 1986, and is survived by her husband of 54 years Caesar Bullock and by her 4 children; Heather Ratcliffe of Dayton NJ, Sean Bullock and his wife Kristen of Budd Lake NJ, Kevin Bullock and his wife Marielena of Byram NJ and Erin Waltner of Raeford NC, and by her 10 grandchildren; Riley, Jackson, Justin, Aleah, Jake, Dominick, Marcus, Leona, Stella, and Malia. She also leaves her 6 sisters and brothers; Mary (Maisie) McFadden, William Winters, Patrick Winters, Josephine Tholenaar, Theresa Barbarisi, John Winters and was predeceased by her brothers Peter Winters and Thomas Winters. She also leaves her brother-in-law Rudolph Johnson and sister-in-law Monsel Bullock.

The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Tuesday February 14th at 10am at St. Therese RC Church at 151 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ. The interment will follow at the Presbyterian Cemetery at 99 Main Street, Succasunna NJ.
