Roxbury Township, Mr. James E Todd, Jr, 78, died on October 23, 2017 at the Merry Heart Nursing Home. He was born in Dover and lived in Roxbury Township all of his life. He was an Environmental specialist for the Morris County Mosquito Commission for 35 years. He also loved following the horses, NASCAR, football, and gardening and yard work. He could always be seen at Bryan’s Luncheonette in Succasunna every morning.

He is survived by his sister Mary (and Bill) Nasos with whom he lived in Kenvil, sister-in-law Mary Ellen Todd of Ledgewood, aunt Elaine Todd of Mine Hill, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents James E Todd, Sr. and Ellen L Todd, brother Herold Todd, and sister Marie Penzenik.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ 973-584-7264    (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Friday from 7 – 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, 10 am at the Funeral Home, with the interment to follow at the Flanders Hillside Cemetery.
