It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Henri P. Caro, of Green Township on August 9, 2021 at the age of 88 years. He was born and raised in Spezet, Bretagne, France. Henri served with the French Army in North Africa before immigrating to the United States in 1957. Henri settled in Fair Lawn, NJ where he met his wife Jennine. In 1973 the family moved to Succasunna where they remained for 20 years. Henri worked as a self-employed paving and landscaping contractor. In 1999 Henri built The Mall at Wild Geese in Budd Lake. In 2008 he retired to Green Township.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Jennine (nee LeFoll) Caro of 54 years, and by his 2 sons: George (and Danielle) Caro of Long Valley, and John (and MaryBeth) Caroff of Hanover Township, and by his 4 grandchildren; Nicholas, Spencer, and Mackenzie Caro, and Ciara Caroff.

He was predeceased by his parents Louis and Jeanne (nee Doucen) Caro and brothers Auguste and William.

Friends and relatives may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home,96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ 973-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Tuesday  (August 17^th)  from   4 – 7 pm. The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Wednesday, 10 am, at St. Therese R C Church in Succasunna, with the interment to follow at the Succasunna Presbyterian Cemetery.
