Roxbury Township, Mrs. Frances Minerva Suggs, 73, died on April 4, 2017 at the Morristown Medical Center. She was born and raised in Teaneck and moved to Succasunna 39 years ago. She was a nursery school teacher at Paddi-Cakes Nursery School in Succasunna. She attended St. Therese R C Church in Succasunna, was talented in arts and crafts, and loved spending time with her granddaughters and dog “Nemo”.

She was predeceased by her husband Dr. Jack C Suggs in 2000, and is survived by her daughters; Janine Suggs of Succasunna and Jaclyn Margolies of Morris Plains, and by her 4 granddaughters; Kahli Suggs-Barnes, Waverly Suggs-Barnes, Scarlett Margolies, and Vivienne Margolies.
