Mansfield Township, Mrs. Evelyn Genevieve Ippolito, 58, died on May 13, 2016 at the Hackettstown Medical Center. She was born in Dover and grew up in Kenvil. She then lived in Budd Lake before moving to Mansfield Township 13 years ago. She was a homemaker and loved being with her family and spending time with her grandchildren and being at the Casino’s.

She is survived by her husband Joseph A Ippolito of 27 years, 2 daughters; Joanne Cely of Hackettstown and Amy (and James) Ippolito of Port Murray. She also leaves her 8 grandchildren; Sabrina, Jesse, Justin, Jacob, Jaxon, Kerry, Halana, and Shealyn, niece Julie, and nephew Stevie.
