Roxbury Township – Mrs. Elizabeth Karoline (née: Meier) Giovannoli died on December 22, 2025 at Care One/Harmony Village in Hanover NJ. She was born in Bloomfield, NJ on February 10, 1931. She lived in New York and New Mexico as a young Air Force wife before moving to New Jersey where she lived in Mine Hill and then Succasunna since 1966.

She was a Registered Nurse – a graduate of Mountainside Nursing School. She was pre deceased by her husband of 71 years – Arnold Louis on December 13, 2024. During their life together, they enjoyed traveling both at home and abroad, and they also played golf and cards with their dear friends.

She is survived by daughters Deborah Giovannoli of Stroudsburg, PA and Bettina Stukenbroeker of Succasunna, NJ, a son Anthony Giovannoli (and his wife Laura) of Ridgefield CT, her grandchildren Paul Giovannoli, Dana Stukenbroeker, Drew Giovannoli, Laurelle Giovannoli, Michaela Giovannoli-Deane, Teresa Giovannoli and her great-grandchildren; Ellie and Hugo Giovannoli and Marcus Giovannoli. 

Friends may pay their respects at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ on Monday, December 29th, 2025 from 11 – 12 noon. Her funeral service will be held on Monday, 12 noon at the Funeral Home. The interment will follow the funeral service at the Succasunna Presbyterian Cemetery across the street from the funeral home.
