Roxbury Township: Edward H. Indyk, 82, died on November 4, 2012 at Merry Heart Nursing Home in Succasunna. He was born in Irvington and lived in Hackettstown prior to his illness. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and later became a spare parts analyst at Singer-Kearfott in Fairfield. 

He is survived by his daughter Linda (and Bob) Connor of Budd Lake as well as his sisters, Helen Wessling of California and Elizabeth Sheridan of Roselle Park. Pop Pop will be missed by his  granddaughters Megan (and Dan) Socaciu and Dana Connor and her boyfriend Ayman Yousef. Ed is also survived by several nieces and nephews. 

Friends may visit at the Davis and Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main St., Succasunna (973-584-7264) davishepplewhitefh.com on Wednesday from 4 – 8 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the charity of your choice.
